Red Poppy – (Scarf) private collection

Red Poppy Scarf – size 22×22, 100% silk, handpainted with resist, wax, silk dye and set.

First, I used clear resist to outline directly onto the 100% silk square fabric with the image I had on mind.  Then, I painted with Silk dyes and finished with the manufacturer’s recommended instructions.
