Original hand painted designs and unique home decor and wearable art. The tropical silk paintings were inspired by Florida and Hawaii surroundings. There are art silk, acrylic, oil, and mixed media paintings. Some hand painted silk scarves and purses are beaded. Wire wrapped jewelry designs were wrapped with various wire components including Sterling Silver. Hand painted gourds and various commissioned work (some whimsical such as the “Elf on the Shelf”) will bring fond memories. You will find the hand painted gourds whimsical and popular especially during the holidays.
These hand painted and hand crafted gift items will be treasured for many years to come.
About the Artist
Naomi L. Gee enjoys painting from the time she received her first box of crayons. Her family loves music, art and cooking international food. She traveled in Asia, Europe and resides in the United States. While working many years in the computer industry her love of the arts continued. A self-taught artist who is always fascinated by the beauty of her surroundings enjoys painting a variety of subjects, life experiences and experiments using various materials.
Her handcrafted jewelry designs include various found objects intricately wire wrapped with various materials. Some are colorful, bold and traditional with Swarovski crystals, pearls, glass, shells, wood and others which are truly keepsakes.
Over the years she taught technical and non-technical classes. In addition, she teaches arts and crafts classes to children and adults. She is also the current President and founder of an IT consulting company Solutions Design Consulting, LLC.
